It was our ambassador that kept us thoroughly informed of our itinerary, roommate assignments, projected costs of non included excursions and was readily available to troubleshooted & remedied any concerns or issue that anyone may have. She was available and answered my many emails, created and provided a space for the booked travelers to communicate and stay connected as a group. I booked & traveled Egypt 2022 with such ease. Overall, like I stated I’m grateful to have been able to go to Africa and experience Kenya and Tanzania I just wish things were better organized especially considering all the money that was paid for it.įrom start to finish, traveling with Jelani women exceeded all my expectations, alleviated all my fears & concerns as a first time 50+ solo traveling woman. I also was very happy once we landed in Tanzania I thought it was beautiful especially the beach. I will say the highlights of my trip was going to the giraffe center in Kenya as well as the safari and being able to see the beautiful animals up close. I also felt the vans we traveled in were very cramped and it wasn’t big enough for everyone, the hotels except when we got to Tanzania were extremely small and not the best. I think we should have been able to spend more time doing what it was that we wanted instead of traveling long hours on a plane and then waking up early to walk and stop in the hot sun while people wanted to shop. I don’t know where my money went towards honestly, and I think things were slightly unorganized. They ask us NOT to create duplicate profiles. Their response is that the account would unlock itself after 24 to 72 hours. Customer service won't/can't do anything when we call them to unlock the account. Looks like a measure against DOS attacks. Happens when we try to refresh the appointment page many times (for example). This could mean that the profile is frozen or blocked.
